Here is what happens when our technician arrives for your appliance repair.

Understanding what to expect makes the service experience smoother for everyone. Here is a typical service appointment from start to finish.

Our technician will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival. This gives you time to prepare and ensures you are home when we arrive.

When the technician arrives, they will introduce themselves and ask about the problem you are experiencing. Be as detailed as possible about symptoms, when the problem started, and any changes you have noticed.

The technician will then examine the appliance, running diagnostic tests as needed. This diagnostic process identifies the exact cause of the problem, which is essential for effective repair.

After diagnosis, you will receive a detailed explanation of the problem and the recommended repair approach. This includes a clear explanation of parts and work needed. We will not proceed with any work until you approve.

If parts are needed, the technician may have common parts on the truck and can complete the repair immediately. For less common parts, we will order them and schedule a follow-up appointment.

Once the repair is complete, the technician will test the appliance to verify it is working correctly. They will also explain what was done and provide any maintenance recommendations.

Finally, you will receive a detailed invoice and warranty information for the repair. We accept multiple payment methods and can email receipts for your records.
