There is no contact form on this site and no address to email. Call and talk it through, or take a slot on the booking page. Anything else would just be a slower route to the same conversation.

Before you dial

Four things that shorten the call

With these to hand the fault is usually half-narrowed before anyone sets off, which decides what part travels on the first visit.

  1. Model and serial from the plate behind the upper grille or inside the compartment
  2. What each compartment is reading, and what it is set to
  3. When it started, and whether the house lost power or water around then
  4. Whether it is a column, a side-by-side, a drawer unit or a wine cabinet

What you are agreeing to

  • Refrigeration only

Built-ins, integrated columns, drawers and wine storage. No laundry, no cooking appliances.

  • Diagnosed in the kitchen

These are fitted cabinets, not portable appliances. The readings are taken where the unit lives.

  • One price, quoted once

Parts and labour arrive as a single figure before anything comes apart.

  • Independent

No manufacturer affiliation of any kind — an independent business that works on Sub-Zero equipment.

Production dropped to almost nothing across the summer. The condenser was matted with pet hair and the reservoir sensor had scaled up. Cleaned and descaled, and he pointed out the filter interval printed on the label.

Temperature alarm on the display with nothing obviously wrong inside. He put gauges on and found a slow leak at a brazed joint rather than a board fault. Repaired and recharged, and the alarm has not come back.

It filled with water and then never harvested. The module thermostat had failed and the inlet screen was partly blocked. Both dealt with in one visit, and he checked the shut off valve under the sink while he was here.
