Sub-Zero Repair Westwood is an independent repair business working on Sub-Zero built-in refrigeration — columns, side-by-sides, drawers, ice and wine storage. Not laundry, not cooking appliances, not everything with a plug on it. A sealed system rewards someone who opens one most days.
Where we stand
Five statements, all of them checkable.
There is no licence number printed here, no count of jobs closed, and no claim of training or approval by a manufacturer. None of those would be ours to put on a page.

Why the work happens in the kitchen
A panel-ready column is a fitted piece of the room. It is scribed to the cabinets, plumbed for ice, and sitting in an opening cut for that exact cabinet. Taking one away to a workshop costs you the kitchen for a day and puts a finished floor at risk, and the great majority of faults on these platforms do not need it: the condenser, the boards, the fans, the defrost circuit and the door hardware are all reachable from the front.
So the readings are taken where the unit lives. Both compartments against their set points, the evaporators inspected, the defrost cycle watched through to termination, the condenser checked for loading, the seal run end to end. That is what turns "it stopped cooling" into a part number, and it is the difference between a repair and a sequence of guesses.
What we will not say
We will not quote your repair before anyone has seen the unit. We will not describe ourselves as approved, authorised or trained by a manufacturer, because that is a status a manufacturer grants and it has not been granted to us — anything still covered by the maker belongs with a provider who holds that appointment. And we will not recommend a repair on a cabinet where replacement is the sensible answer; you will be told that plainly, and the diagnosis is yours to keep.
Booking
Describe the fault. Get the figure before anything opens.
A flat $95 covers the visit and the diagnosis, and comes off the bill when you approve the repair. Visits run 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days; the line is answered 24/7.
