Refrigerator Questions
Why is my Sub-Zero refrigerator running constantly?
Constant running can indicate dirty condenser coils, failing door seals, thermostat issues, or condenser fan problems. Start by cleaning the coils and checking seals. If the problem persists, schedule a service call for professional diagnosis.
My ice maker is slow. Is this normal?
Ice production rate depends on freezer temperature and usage. If production has slowed significantly, check that the freezer is at 0 degrees, the water filter is not clogged, and the water supply valve is fully open.
Range & Oven Questions
My Wolf burner won't light. What should I do?
First, check that gas is turned on and the burner cap is properly seated. Clean around the igniter with a soft brush. If it clicks but doesn't light, the igniter may need adjustment. If there is no click, professional service is needed.
Dishwasher Questions
Why are my dishes still wet after the dishwasher cycle?
Poor drying is often caused by empty rinse aid dispenser, incorrect settings, or loading dishes that trap water. Make sure rinse aid is filled and use heated dry settings. If problems persist, the heating element may need inspection.
